This book addresses the three most important named contracts: sale, lease, and construction, due to their practical significance. These contracts are among the most frequently used in daily life, and they contain fundamental legal principles that are essential for the legal education of law students. The book is divided into three sections, dedicating one section to each contract. Each section includes a description of the nature of the contract, how it is concluded, the legal effects that arise from it, and its termination. The Qatari legal texts are explained in detail, compared to several other legislations, and the rulings of Qatari courts are presented. The sales contract is regulated in the Civil Code and Commercial Law, while the lease contract is covered in both the Civil Code and the Qatari Lease Law No. (4) of 2008. The construction contract is regulated within the Civil Code.
